At Therapists in Practice (TIP), we believe therapists deserve the same care, support, and respect that we extend to our clients. TIP is a space where independently licensed clinicians in Texas and Oklahoma can build sustainable private practice work with autonomy, structure, and meaningful support.

Our model is designed to reduce burnout, not by limiting clinicians, but by providing the systems, tools, and community that allow them to focus on what they do best: clinical care.

TIP operates as a 1099 independent contractor group practice, providing infrastructure support while preserving full clinical autonomy.

If you are passionate about helping others heal, value collaboration, and are seeking a practice environment that supports both personal and professional growth, we would love to connect with you.

What We Offer

Clinical Autonomy

You maintain full control over your clinical work, including:

  • Your caseload

  • Your schedule

  • Your clinical approach and decision-making

We believe the best clinical work happens when therapists are trusted to practice independently.

Administrative & Operational Support

We handle the backend so you can focus on clients:

  • Intake coordination

  • Scheduling systems

  • Billing and insurance support (if applicable)

  • Documentation tools and EMR access

  • Practice workflows and templates

Sustainable Private Practice Structure

TIP is designed to help clinicians build stable, long-term private practice work:

  • 1099 contractor model

  • 70–75% fee split (based on experience)

  • Paid on collected session revenue

  • Flexible caseload based on availability

Professional Community & Growth

Clinicians may optionally participate in our EDA Professional Growth Program:

  • Cohort-based consultation

  • Clinical development themes

  • Peer support and reflection

  • Optional leadership pathways

Participation is voluntary and not tied to caseload or contractor status.
