Group Support

Connection, Support, and Shared Growth

Healing and personal growth do not always happen in isolation. Group support can provide a meaningful space for connection, reflection, and shared understanding alongside others navigating similar experiences.

At Therapists in Practice (TIP), our groups are designed to create supportive and thoughtfully facilitated spaces where individuals can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and experience a greater sense of connection and community.

Our clinicians provide trauma-informed group support focused on emotional wellbeing, relational growth, and sustainable healing.

What Group Support May Help With

Group support may be beneficial for individuals experiencing:

  • anxiety and chronic stress

  • emotional overwhelm and burnout

  • relationship and interpersonal challenges

  • life transitions and identity changes

  • feelings of isolation or disconnection

  • self-esteem and self-worth concerns

  • grief and emotional processing

  • navigating relational or behavioral patterns

Groups can offer opportunities for reflection, emotional support, skill development, and connection with others in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Approach

Our clinicians facilitate groups using a collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational approach.

We aim to create spaces that feel emotionally safe, grounded, and respectful of each participant’s experiences and comfort level.

Depending on the focus of the group, sessions may include:

  • guided discussions and reflection

  • psychoeducation and coping strategies

  • emotional processing and support

  • nervous system and emotional regulation tools

  • relational and communication skill development

  • opportunities for connection and shared insight

While every group is different, we approach group work with care, curiosity, and a commitment to meaningful growth.
